I work with clients who are experiencing depression and/or anxiety symptoms, wanting to develop a stronger sense of self-worth, earning to thrive with ADHD, processing trauma, and working through family of origin concerns. We will work together to identify and untangle unhealthy patterns in your life and to foster a healthier relationship with yourself.
I view therapy as a collaborative process and use an integrative therapeutic approach to best meet clients' unique needs. As your therapist, my priority is to create a supportive, warm, and safe space.
